Your order would be free from any shipping and handling charges if: It is $50 or more and,

If the delivery is within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. (All states except Hawaii and Alaska) All orders that are entitled to free shipping would be sent via UPS ground service.

All other shipping options would be charged accordingly to the UPS shipping rates, based on the zone of the shipping destination, the shipping weight and the method of shipment.

Products that need special handling, such as frozen food, that need to be shipped overnight would be charged a shipping fee accordingly to the UPS Next Day Air shipping rates. There would be a handling fee for order less than $75. See below:

Items that need special handling, such as frozen food, would be charged a handling fee, depending on the number of items ordered.

What about delivery to Hawaii, Alaska or any other places outside US? A. We are sorry as we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or overseas.



What are special handling products and what is the additional charge for these items? A. Special handling products are items which need special handling and packaging to preserve the freshness of the products, such as frozen food which must be stored under freezing temperatures (-10癋). Non-toxic, leak proof, and reusable gel refrigerants would be used in such cases. In addition, special insulated containers are used to ensure that our products would reach you in the best condition.

Depending on the number of special items ordered, charges on special handling are as follows:

All frozen food items must be sent by means of UPS next day delivery. Customers who order frozen food items would be charged a shipping fee accordingly to the UPS Next Day Air shipping rates. We strongly recommend that you place all of the special handling products in a separate order. Else, all of your items, including those regular ones would be shipped via UPS next day delivery.



How long would I receive my order? A. The following would determine your order's estimated arrival date.

Shipping time which is based on the zone of the shipping destination, and the method of shipment. Click here for more details on your order's shipping time.

Processing time. The time we take to process your order and pack your order, so that it is ready for delivery. As a general rule, all orders received during weekdays would be processed within 24 hours. Orders that arrived to us during Saturday or Sunday would generally take 48 hours before they are being processed. Your order shall not take more than 7 days to reach you, unless it is to be delivered to some remote areas by means of UPS ground service.



Do I need to pay any sales tax? A. No, there is no sales tax incurred on your purchase.



Can I return a product? A. Yes. We unconditionally guarantee every item we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 15 days for a full refund. We will be happy to replace the item or give you a store credit.

3. Please send the package via UPS or Insured Parcel Post. This protects you in case the package is damaged or lost in transit.
